All faedah pieces are handmade, so please take in mind a longer shipping time. 

Faedah only accepts exchanges (no returns). Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item.

• Each item on order is specially handmade*, carefully packed and individually checked for quality before being shipped.
• The item must be in original condition as received with tags attached in a resell-able condition.
• Items must show no signs of wear and must be unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on garments. Please no perfume on the items. Your items will be refused and sent back to you if these terms and conditions aren't met.
• Faedah does not cover the return shipping costs of exchanged items back to faedah and back to the customer, this is responsibility of the buyer.
• Items must be returned using a tracked/signed for service. Ensure you keep proof of postage when returning.
• Faedah is not responsible for any return items and transit.
• Exchanges can be made up to the value of the returning item. If the value of the new order is less than the original, you will be offered a credit note with the remaining value. Alternatively, you will be offered a credit note with the full amount of your returned items. 
• During our End of Season Sale 2024, which runs from August 19th to August 31st, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.

*Note: Customised items are made to measure with great care and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
